We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who wants more than just a job—someone interested in building a career with opportunities for advancement. Our goal is to develop the right person into a crew leader who can eventually run their own fencing crew.

What You'll Do

• Install agricultural, commercial, and residential fencing

• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

• Operate hand and power tools

• Load, unload, and transport materials

• Work around livestock and other farm animals on agricultural projects

• Maintain a safe and professional job site

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to our shop in Ashby or directly to job sites

• Ability to pass a DOT physical

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Comfortable working around animals and livestock

• Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated

• Quick learner with a strong work ethic

• Able to work well as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• CDL

• Hoisting license

• Construction or fencing experience

Experience isn't required—we're willing to train the right person. If you have construction experience, that's a plus, but your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
